“Our inaugural Homegrown in Vermont Music Festival is the perfect culminating moment of my first year as Executive Director,” says Soloway. “The Festival is equal parts emblematic of our progress and our goals: as we envision Spruce Peak Arts as a critical leader in Vermont’s thriving arts ecosystem. Being such a leader requires us to serve as many members of our community as possible, both audience members and artists. What a perfect way to do just that with two exciting days on the beautiful Spruce Peak Green highlighting some of Vermont’s finest musicians and allowing their amazing music to do what can do best-bring our various communities together in celebration.”

The inaugural Homegrown in Vermont Festival is only made possible thanks to the generosity of our Lights Festival Campaign donors. “Lights Fest” is an annual opportunity for our community to raise funds for a specific educational, community, or capital initiative. Last year’s campaign raised over $30,000 to support Vermont’s brilliant musicians and artists, highlighting the enormous talent of our neighbors and community members.
