FAQS

Accessibility

Spruce Peak Arts is committed to making all programs, performances, and facilities accessible and inclusive to ensure that our audience, volunteers, and artists have an enjoyable and meaningful visit. The current services and items we offer to assist while attending a performance are detailed below.

Wheelchairs and Transfer Seats

The theatre is fully accessible to guests who use wheelchairs. Transfer chairs are also available throughout the seating area. These may be purchased on the web or by phone. If you have questions or concerns, we can help select the best seats for your needs. Ticket windows, restrooms, water fountains, dressing rooms, and the stage are also fully accessible.

Service Animals

If you or someone in your party will be attending an event with a designated service animal, please inform the Ticket Office when purchasing tickets. We will be happy to assist you in selecting the best seat for your needs.

Listening Devices

Headsets are available and may be checked out from the Ticket Office in the Lobby of the Center. You will be asked for an ID and/or Credit Card that will be secured in the Ticket Office. Credit cards will be returned to you at the end of the performance once the headset has been returned.

There is accessible parking available for those who need it. These spaces are marked with appropriate signage in the parking lot adjacent to the theatre.
