Seth Soloway

Seth Soloway previously served as Associate Dean for Presenting and External Relations at Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music in Nashville, TN where he established a Performing Arts Center team and systems, restructured and renovated marketing/ branding, and oversaw $3.5 million of venue renovations. Prior to the pandemic, he served as the Director of the Performing Arts Center at Purchase College in Westchester, N.Y. Some of his many proud moments leading the organization include the successful execution of the PACs 40th anniversary, overseeing the naming and subsequent renovation of the Pepsico Theater, and being named Westchester County’s top Cultural Organization in 2018.

Seth has served as the Artistic Director for Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, Associate to prolific Broadway Producer Marc Routh (Marc Routh Productions), and Director of Booking for Off-Broadway Booking. After graduate school Seth carried this passion to Newburgh, NY where he and his wife resurrected the old West Shore Train Station and redesigned it into what became the Railroad Playhouse. There he directed and oversaw the development of several new plays including America’s Brightest Star (Alex Goldberg).

Seth is a born and raised New Yorker. He spent his early childhood in Brooklyn and his teenage and college years on the lower east side of Manhattan. Soloway attended LaGuardia High School of Music, Art and Performing Arts where he studied theater arts as an acting major. Upon graduation, Seth moved on to Marymount Manhattan College where he graduated with a BFA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in stage directing. In the Fall of 2004 Seth enrolled in the MFA Performing Arts Management program at Brooklyn College and completed his MFA in the spring of 2006. Seth is an avid hiker/ outdoor adventure seeker, who loves to cook and watch his beloved Mets. Above all, his greatest honor is dedicated husband and dad to his wife Jen and son Stanley.

Linda emigrated from Scotland in 2004 having graduated with BA in Accounting and MA in Economics & Education. Her early career in Scotland was in banking and higher education, ultimately transitioning to Financial Director of a vehicle leasing and management company. Within the US, prior to joining SPAC Linda successfully developed 2 hotels into hybrid long term apartments, short term lodging and commercial spaces. As the former owner of The Bistro at Ten Acres and General Manager of Gristmill Builders, Linda enjoys a solid knowledge appreciation of the Stowe community. Linda enjoys hiking, cooking and traveling.

Abby Necrason developed a deep appreciation for the arts at a young age, nurtured by Vermont’s vibrant artistic community. She began dancing at the age of three, training in styles such as modern, jazz, pointe, and even flamenco! Abby was also an original member of the Vermont Youth Dancers, a local performance company, and later went on to teach Beginner Ballet. She studied the violin for over a decade, including several seasons with the Vermont Youth Orchestra Association’s (VYOA) Presto Strings program. Abby joined Spruce Peak Arts in 2024 as the Executive Administrator & Box Office Associate and transitioned into the role of Development Associate in 2025. She loves connecting with new people and learning what they’re most passionate about within the arts.

Gracie Loggins has always had a passion for the arts and community work. She first joined Spruce Peak Arts in 2023 as the Box Office Manager. In 2025, she attended Boston University’s Arts Management Institute. A born and raised Vermonter, Gracie enjoys playing music and attending local shows whenever she isn’t working behind the scenes.

Davis first joined Spruce Peak Arts as a Communications Intern and Box Office Associate in 2024. She graduated from Russell Sage College in Albany, NY with a BFA in 2025, and joined the staff full time as the Marketing and Box Office Associate. Outside of her graphic design work at Spruce Peak Arts, she is a passionate artist who makes work surrounding her curiosity and appreciation for the natural world.

Phillip Franck

A native of northern Idaho, Phillip is an accomplished theatrical lighting designer with over 175 professional and academic productions to his credit. Phillip was formerly based in Nashville, Tennessee, where he designed productions for Nashville Repertory Theatre and Nashville Shakespeare Festival. He also designed shows at American Stage Theatre Company (St. Petersburg, FL,) Arkansas Repertory Theatre (Little Rock, AR), Verge Theatre (Nashville, TN), and Little Theatre of the Rockies (Greely, CO).

Phillip was a member of the Theatre faculty at Vanderbilt University for 27 years teaching design and production while serving as the resident set, lighting, and sound designer. Previously he worked at Pacific Lutheran University (adjunct faculty) and Whitman College (staff) as a designer and technical director. 

Phillip earned a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Puget Sound and an MFA in Theatrical Design from Northwestern University. He is a member of the professional design union, United Scenic Artists, Local 829.
When not designing, Phillip enjoys landscape and nature photography and is finding many exciting places to capture in Vermont!

Bill Loscomb

Audio Supervisor

Bill began his career as an audio professional through an internship while attending college in Pennsylvania. After College he began his career as an engineer working at a national venue before leaving to work for one of the largest production companies in the world. He has been a Vermont resident since 1996 and has been a Sound Engineer for just over thirty years. His career has included working and touring for various artists, working locally for regional artists and venues, and has been part owner of a production company based in Lamoille County since 2017. Originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, he enjoys all things Nautical and spends a lot of time getting to know Lake Champlain by boat and exploring the New England coast with a surfboard. He also loves snowboarding and along with his wife and daughter, has learned to love all that winter in Vermont has to offer.

Will Anderson

A native Vermonter, Will completed his undergraduate degree in music at Syracuse University before traveling to Norway to complete a postgraduate study. While in Norway, Will began running concert lighting for a local venue and found a way to continue working closely with music and build a skillset in event production. After returning to Vermont, Will immersed himself in the Vermont concert scene by taking jobs with local venues and production companies until 2017 when he began to work touring production and lighting. 

Will has toured regionally as a drummer and performing artist, and internationally as a tour manager and lighting designer. Will has run hundreds of shows throughout North America and Europe, getting the privilege to run shows at notable venues and festivals including Red Rocks, The Fillmore, Brooklyn Steel, The Teragram Ballroom and The 9:30 Club. For over a decade Will has been a staple of the Vermont music ecosystem by working, playing and attending shows all across the state. Since 2023 Will has been running lights for Spruce Peak Arts and is happy to continue to help bring music and the arts to Vermont.

Otis is a native Vermonter and lifelong music enjoyer. Otis first started at Spruce Peak Arts as a stagehand in 2022. Otis went to Harwood Union High School and graduated in 2023. When not at work Otis enjoys playing music and hanging out with friends.
